AHS joins Tencent WorkBuddy, connecting enterprise AI with organizational operations and intelligent work

AHS has officially joined Tencent WorkBuddy’s open ecosystem, with a dedicated AHS section now live in the Buddy application area.

As the first company to bring enterprise AI capabilities to WorkBuddy’s Buddy application area, AHS introduces its independently developed enterprise AI operating system Agentrix to this leading Chinese intelligent work platform. Built on the World Behavior Model (WBM), enterprise spatiotemporal ontology modeling and agent collaboration, it provides business understanding, simulation of action outcomes and task execution.

This combines WorkBuddy’s platform access and ecosystem strengths with Agentrix’s capabilities deep inside enterprise operations. AI can extend beyond individual roles and tasks to cross-system, cross-department collaboration, ultimately improving overall resource allocation and operating performance.

Combining ecosystem breadth with operational depth

Launched by Tencent in March this year, WorkBuddy is an all-scenario AI agent workbench supporting Buddy applications, experts, Skills and connectors. WorkBuddy Enterprise serves finance, consumer electronics, manufacturing and logistics, with flagship deployments at China Merchants Bank, WeBank, Xiaomi and Midea.

As specialist applications and Skills are added, agents and work platforms improve individual roles and tasks. Deeper operational integration requires systems, departments and digital workers to act on a shared business understanding, allowing efficiency gains to compound along the business chain.

This clarifies the relationship between agent work platforms and enterprise AI operating systems. The former address broad user needs; the latter use actual business relationships, rules and permissions to turn those needs into executable tasks, continuously improving through feedback.

In this division of responsibilities, WorkBuddy connects user needs, professional capabilities and industry scenarios, giving Agentrix application touchpoints and room for ecosystem cooperation. Agentrix enriches WorkBuddy’s enterprise services, enabling more tasks to draw on enterprise-grade understanding, decision support and execution.

How AI can get work done safely and under control

The AHS Buddy section is progressively opening capabilities for real operations. Across data governance, risk and compliance, procurement and supply chains, and customer and project management, Agentrix supports intelligent operations through Data OS, Agent OS and Agent Workforce:

First, understanding the business world: can AI truly understand an enterprise? Enterprise spatiotemporal ontology modeling aligns objects, relationships, events and rules across systems, documents and databases. AI can understand how actual activities are organized, connected and run, using the enterprise’s own rules as the basis for action.

Second, operational analysis and decision support: can AI anticipate what comes next accurately? Using WBM, current business states and constraints, the system simulates the effects of different options to help compare alternatives and weigh risks and returns. It retains the grounds for key judgments and the simulation process for review and traceability.

Third, coordinated execution by agent collectives: can AI get work done safely and under control? With Agent OS and Agent Workforce, enterprises break goals into tasks, define digital workers’ responsibilities, permissions and relationships, and invoke existing systems and tools for cross-system, cross-department execution. People confirm critical steps where required, while timely results inform subsequent judgments and adjustments.

Building organizational intelligence operations and governance

Agentrix adds a unified intelligent operating layer to existing business systems. It does not replace ERP, MES, PLM or WMS; it connects understanding, decisions and execution above them so AI can participate across systems and departments.

Security governance and intelligence sovereignty are built into the architecture. As capabilities expand, enterprises retain their intelligence assets, business rules, action permissions and ultimate control. Agentrix thus supports a transition from individual AI applications to independently controllable, continuously evolving organizational intelligence operations and governance.

These points are particularly important in finance, energy and manufacturing. After necessary data connections, modeling and permission configuration, enterprises can start with a concrete activity and establish a minimal loop of understanding, decision, execution and feedback without first replacing or extensively rebuilding their IT.

When AI enters funds transfers, industrial production and energy operations, safety and control directly affect enterprise and critical-infrastructure stability. Governance must cover intelligent behavior and its business effects throughout the process.

For AHS, long-term value lies both in better decisions and organizational efficiency and in enterprises continuously accumulating and owning their intelligence assets and operating capabilities. As intelligence evolves, the rights to define rules, authorize critical actions and retain final control must remain with the enterprise.
