In the foreseeable future, the enterprise software paradigm represented by traditional SaaS will inevitably come to an end. The shift from software as a tool to intelligent systems is already under way. In light of the development of AIHUASHEN’s Agentrix, we want to align the entire team on our top-level strategy and recalibrate our shared business position and underlying logic.
We stand at a pivotal historical turning point between the next stage of enterprise digitalization and disruptive AI innovation.
AI should not be understood as another software category. It is becoming the new infrastructure of the digital age—the underlying operating system for how enterprises will run, collaborate, and create value.
We are also serving the first group of large Chinese enterprises that have genuinely committed to a deep, AI-native transformation of their core operations. We help them build two foundations: an enterprise-wide data and ontology semantic foundation, and an enterprise-wide foundation for unified agent orchestration.
What we build today is foundational capability; what it will support tomorrow is the full range of intelligent applications through which the enterprise continues to evolve.
We see strong parallels with the 1990s, when international software leaders such as SAP and Oracle entered China. Digital management among Chinese enterprises was then largely a blank slate and the industry had barely begun to take shape. The pioneers laid the foundation, explored the rules, and ultimately shaped the future industry landscape.
Today we stand in a similarly undeveloped frontier. By holding to our strategic role as an infrastructure provider, we deliver far more than a software system: we offer a long-term ambition and top-level vision for enterprise-wide AI transformation, together with the full possibility for every future intelligent business application to grow, iterate, and expand without limit.
When large enterprises invest in AI infrastructure, they are building their core productive capacity for the future. The value of infrastructure does not end when a project is delivered; it continues to emerge as enterprise knowledge accumulates, the organization evolves, and the business grows. The value we create therefore extends far beyond traditional SaaS. It expands with the enterprise, its data, and its intelligent capabilities rather than ending with a one-time delivery.
In real business settings, our core work is not organized around product pricing or feature lists. We must plan the long-term path of intelligent development with founders and core management teams, help clients reach a shared understanding of organizational intelligence transformation, and build a foundation of AI capabilities that can evolve sustainably from the top down.
Together with our clients, we are building the next generation of enterprise operations.
Looking back from the future, we are confident that people will remember not any single agent, but the moment this generation of enterprises began to possess intelligent systems of their own.
The greatest certainty of the AI era is constant change. Model capabilities, agent architectures, and tool ecosystems make leaps month by month. We must accept that tomorrow’s leaders will not be companies with one leading product, but organizations able to evolve continuously. Our strategic direction toward enterprise AGI will remain unchanged, while our products, delivery methods, and organizational capabilities must all continue to evolve rapidly.
Palantir, an important pioneer in our field, was born in the traditional software era. By relying on manually built ontologies, it spent more than a decade demonstrating the value of ontology modeling for enterprise intelligence. Today we can make ontology modeling more model-driven and engineered, allowing knowledge to accumulate and intelligence to grow continuously. This is a major dividend the AI era offers our industry.
Chinese enterprises offer the world’s richest industrial settings, fastest organizational iteration, and most complete digital ecosystem. In this vast and demanding engineering terrain, a genuine causal model is beginning to grow—one that understands the logic of business operations, guides agents toward appropriate actions, and produces trustworthy, controllable outcomes.
This may be an early sign of AGI—and that early sign is already in our hands.
